NZ First Response 26/05/99

26 May 1999

Dear Sue

Thank you for your letter of April 21 regarding New Zealand First's position on Internet issues.

We are considering the points you have raised, particularly in regard to the Internet being a useful tool for improving educational advances. Like you we do not wish to see a gap developing between the information rich and information poor and believe that access to information should not be discriminatory.

At this time we do not have released policy on this issue you cover in your questionnaire. We are however considering our response and will keep your letter on file for further evaluation.

Yours sincerely
Peter Brown, MP
