Recommendation for Directors for Registry Company
A number of nominations were received based on the call for nominations made to our members list and other places. This resulted in a story on IDG as well as a high degree of interest.
As well as the IOD was approached about using their Director Appointment Service.
During this time Richard Bourne resigned due to what he believed was a conflict of interest. As his replacement, in consultation with Rose, I appointed Jordan Carter in his place.
On March 28 eight interviews were held with short listed nominees each being provided the same overview and questions. A further interview was held on April 3 and another is expected to be held tomorrow (April 5). One further interview is outstanding which we expect will occur very early next week.
Overall the panel is very happy with the quality and number of the nominees but at this stage due to an interview outstanding we do not have a final list for our recommendations.
I will be providing an update at the council meeting, which will include out list of recommended people for these appointments.
