Council Meeting Recording
A quote has been received from Boyd Audio for new sound equipment. Boyd are unable to guarantee equivalent sound quality to the existing (rented) equipment, and it is more expensive then initially expected. We have therefore asked them to resubmit something based on the equipment we are renting.
A streaming audio PC has been built and is being used to record the council meeting. Previous meeting recordings are now available for streaming download from the societies web server.
Council eVoting Procedure
The ISOCNZ technical manager is currently building the eVoting system in time for the May SGM. The policies and technology used will be evaluated after the SGM further enhance our eVoting capability.
Feedback on Appropriate Use of the Society's E-mail lists
A draft report on the recommendation from the Email List consultation is attached to this report. These recommendations will be sent to members for comment. Most of the recommendations have now been adopted.
