This has been a fairly hectic month as I come to grips with the job and also dealing with a few issues while Sue was overseas.

Activities done in the last month include:

Working with other Officers on Council Committees and Working Groups
Chaired 1st Admin Cmte
Chased up IANA over delay in changes to dot nz secondary name servers
Liased with DOMAINZ over DOMAINZ AGM
Attended Constitutional Working Group
In conjunction with Chris Streatfield drafted up final bylaws and proposed new constitution, based on AGM decisions
Discussions most days with Chair and Treasurer on current issues (we talk more on ICQ than the phone!)
Meeting with Frank March to discuss outstanding admin issues
Attended DOMAINZ AGM
Drawn up draft terms of references for all Committees and specific delegation of powers
Attended informal meeting/discussion of ISOCNZ Officers and DOMAINZ Chair to discuss possible plans for next twelve months.
In consultation with Chair have put agenda together for Council and chased up reports et
Half way through updating policy handbook (a huge job) which lists all policies of Internet NZ made by Council or General Meetings
Given feedback to Treasurer over format of financial reports
Participated in ICANN discussions relating to possible formation of a ccSO
Started some debate in the public SRS Implementation Mailing List
Various other boring admin type things
Also fitted in some time for my paid employment
