Council Proceedings

The affairs of the Society are conducted by the InternetNZ Council in accordance with its Constitution, Bylaws and the resolutions of Members in General Meeting.

Annual General Meetings

InternetNZ has an Annual General Meeting, usually in July of each year. Activities include receiving reports from the President and Executive Director, as well as receiving the Annual Report.

Task Force Proceedings

InternetNZ Task Forces are generally less formal than committees, and are set up with specific activities in mind.

Committee Proceedings

InternetNZ Committees are set up by the Council, using both Council members and other InternetNZ members, to conduct many of the activities of the organisation.
