Report Adopted by the Council Meeting of 01 March 2002
Apart from commencing work on a submission to be made to the Privacy Commissioner's Office on the draft Telecommunications Information Privacy Code, members of the L&R Committee were actively involved in the recent Netsafe Symposium both as speakers and delegates. It is envisaged that we will work closely with the Internet Safety Group on issues such as the Telecommunications Information Privacy Code where the interests of ISG and InternetNZ may be closely aligned.
