A one page document for the Executive Committee to evaluate the business benefits and risks of undertaking a specific project. Use it to support the decision to do the project. Depending on the project type it may progress to Council for final acceptance.

- Explain why InternetNZ should undertake this project
- Where the project will require substantial change to technical infrastructure or operations describe benefits/risks to the Society.
Recommendations
State budget required to complete planning stage.
Suggest project sponsor and project manager
Specify date when planning/next stage will be complete for reporting requirements
