2004 Strategic and Business Plans
Attached are the almost final versions of the strategic and business plans of InternetNZ for the periods 2004 to 2007.
The consultation with members on both documents was very productive, with little dissension. Significant changes were made to the strategic plan especially, on the basis of feedback from members and stakeholders.
They are currently with a professional editor for tidying up, and it is planned that final version will be circulated prior to the Council Meeting. It is not expected there will be substantial changes.
Council should also note that both the strategic and the business plan will be reviewed and revised annually.
It is recommended that:
1. That InternetNZ Council resolve to adopt the InternetNZ Strategic Plan for 2004 - 2007.
2. That InternetNZ Council resolve to adopt the InternetNZ Business Plan for the financial years from 2004/05 to 2006/07
3. That InternetNZ Council resolve to recommend to the Annual General Meeting the adoption of the InternetNZ Business Plan and Budget for 2004/05
