Technical Committee Report to Council 28/01/00
The Technical Committee has at this stage nothing to bring before the council meeting tomorrow.
For new councilors, these are the areas we have been working on over the past 12 months.
1. Domainz Systems Audit advice regarding the final systems audit which is currently underway.
2. WHOIS policy which was passed at the last council meeting. Policy can be found at: WHOIS Policy
3. Zone Transfer Policy which was passed by council late last year.Policy can be found at: Zone Transfer Policy
4.Two letter County codes Policy.The recommendation was not to change this policy at the current time and look at it again in 2 years.
5.The committee spent a lot of time reviewing the Domainz new systems early last year which resulted in the recommendation of a independent audit which has been carried out.
