The contract was signed 12 September and applies from 1 September 2000 through to 31 August 2001. A fee (payment) review needs to be undertaken over the next six monhs, with any revision being effective from 1 March 2001.

NZMIS

As there has been no feedback or comment on Tiopira's report Sue been in touch saying that we fully accept his report so that he can report back to his Maori community. Tiopara has asked to make an updated report to the September meeting.

Office Reorganisation

Two premises have been inspected and one in Bond Street selected. In order for it to be made suitable for both office and Council meeting space some construction will be required and Beverley is organising for a report on costs and preparation of a budget. Once these have been prepared Admin Committee will make a firm recommendation to Council.
