There is one Council e-vote to ratify (appointing Donna Hiser to the NZRS board).

I attended meetings of the Executive Committee and Governance and Constitution Committee on 12 February (see committee reports).

Work in Progress: I am continuing to work on establishing performance metrics for Council and Committees.

Recommendations: There are no items requiring Council's attention (refer Executive Committee report).
