2003 / 2004 Budget
Caution should be used in comparing 2002/03 to 2003/04 figures as the DNC Office only operated for nine months last year, plus some items of expenditure have been reclassified.
A business plan is not attached to the budget as this is awaiting the finalisation of the strategic plan. These will be made available to members for input once they are done.
