Admin Committee Report to Council 31/05/03

1. Annual Report
   This is near its final stages. The total cost looks to be a bit below $15,000 - a level Council indicated it was comfortable with.
   
2. Summit/AGM
   Detailed budget not yet known as degree of sponsorship to be clarified. Venue is the James Cook Hotel.
   
3. ED Priorities
   Feedback from Officers has now all been received and Pete is preparing some formal targets.
   
4. Internet Code of Practice
   A very interesting summary of responses to telephone contact with ISPs was received, which was encouraging. Agreed this should be part of ED briefing to next Council.
   
5. Annual Accounts
   Treasurer reported everything was going well and on time.
