Council Meeting Recording

After discussions with various Council members it is the recommendation of the MEP committee that we attempt to find an ISP who will be willing to sponsor our audio streaming requirements. We hope that have this in place be the end of the year.

The ISOCNZ office is planning to move into new premises. The intention is for council meetings to be held at these premises. Once this has been confirmed MEP will review the audio and visual recording requirement and put a recommendation to council for the purchase of new equipment.

Feedback on Appropriate Use of the Society's E-mail lists

A web-based questionnaire is currently active and responses from members being received. Due to unforeseen delays the deadline for returns have been extended until Monday 4 th December 2000. Findings from this questionnaire, and the recommendations of the MEP working party will be presented on the council list and then out to the members for comment.

Council eVoting Procedure

No additional actions have been taken in regard to the council eVoting procedure. MEP will endeavour to complete continue this task once the AUP List questionnaire has been completed. We are hoping to have a draft eVoting procedure published by the end of the year.
