Purpose
The IAC is to recommend policies towards international Internet bodies and other ccTLDs.
Objectives/Role
- To propose InternetNZ’s representation in specific overseas bodies and meetings.
- To work with Pacific partners to assist them to develop their Internet infrastructures.
- To monitor developments in international and overseas Internet bodies
- To propose policies in respect of these bodies
Powers
- To recommend policy positions on international matters
- To form working groups as agreed with the president
- To expend committee meeting budgets as necessary for IAC meetings
Reporting Line
The IAC reports to the ED. Its recommendations are for Council and/or NZOC as appropriate.
