APTLD
Keith Davidson, Peter Dengate Thrush and Pete Macaulay attended the APTLD meeting in Malaysia in February
Peter Macaulay was one of the scrutineers for the 2004 APTLD Board Election, supervising and authenticating the voting process.
Peter Dengate Thrush was appointed President of the APTLD. His term goes till February 2005
ICANN
Preparations for the ICANN meeting in Rome continued. At the end of February there were sufficient ccTLDs signed up to the ccNSO for it to be formed. A list of ccTLDs committed to the ccNSO can be seen at http://ccnso.icann.org/announcements/ccnso-statement-01mar04.pdf
Keith Davidson, Peter Dengate Thrush, David Farrar and Grant Forsyth will be present at the Rome meeting early March
Financial
At the end of February, the .nz portion of the International Budget, which is included in the DNC budget, had spent $132,843 out of the total budget of $152,500. More expenditure is expected following the completion of the ICANN travel to Rome in March.
